Shipping Policy

Order processing and production

Most of our apparel is made to order through Printify. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the product and production partner.

Custom DTF Transfer orders require 3–5 business days for artwork processing and production before shipping.

If an order includes multiple product types, items may be produced and shipped separately.

Delivery estimates

For orders shipped within the United States:

• Printify apparel generally arrives within an estimated 5–14 business days total, including production and shipping.
• Custom DTF Transfers generally arrive within an estimated 6–12 business days total, including the 3–5 business day turnaround and shipping.
• After an order ships, standard US delivery is typically 3–7 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary based on the product, destination, carrier, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

International delivery times vary by destination, carrier, and customs processing.

Shipping rates

US orders ship for a flat rate of $7.99.

We offer free standard shipping on US orders over $50.

International shipping is available to select destinations through Printify. International shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout based on your destination and order.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package is handed to the carrier.

Delays, lost packages, or delivery issues

Carrier delays, customs delays, weather, incorrect addresses, and other events outside our control may affect delivery times.

If your package appears lost, is significantly delayed, or shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us at hello@trydt.net with your order number and tracking information. We’ll work with the carrier or Printify to investigate and determine the appropriate next steps.
